Delivery & Returns
These standard Delivery & Returns shall govern the contractual relationship between “CHARULEKHA” (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Merchant’) and the Buyer(s) using/availing the website services (hereinafter also referred to as “you” or “customer”).
Refund of Returned order or dispatch for Replacement orders will be shipped after the original item has been received by the Merchant, subject to the following conditions:
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
- In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed or replacement item(s) will get dispatched in this case.
The customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of the purchase by sending order cancellation email at email@example.com, No cancellation request will be entertained after the order has been shipped.
We accept returns within 4 days from the consignment being delivered/received by the customer. The customer has to inform us about the respective returned order/ cancellation of order via email firstname.lastname@example.org only. Returned order/ cancellation request won’t be entertained by any other methods.
Any customer may return a purchase following receipt of the ordered products, only under the following conditions:
- The product has an inherent manufacturing defect.
- The customer has received a product other than the one ordered.
The merchant will replace the returned defective product subject to availability of stocks. For products not in stock, the merchant will refund the account of the customer for the invoice value. The merchant will have sole discretion and authority to decide any dispute or difference of opinion on any matter relating to complaints of the manufacturing defect and/or return policy. Refunds will be initiated to your bank account only, within 7-10 working days.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Domestic Order: As on date, we accept orders from India only. Providing free shipping across India with reputed courier services.
For Reverse pickup, you may have to ship the product back to us at the given address and we shall refund the amount of shipping if your item returned meets our Delivery & Return policy.
